Cutting-edge in-situ technology. Zero capital investment.
La Fédérale brings complete fleets of GPS-guided machines, a mobile laboratory, a live digital dashboard and expert crews to every project, as one integrated service. Governments, public works agencies and local contractors build more, faster, with in-situ and polymer soil stabilization, and without buying a single machine.

- 2GPS-guided motor grader
- 3Padfoot roller
- 4Reclaimer-stabilizer
- 5Water tanker
- 6Binder spreader
- 7Mobile laboratory & QA/QC van
- 8Survey drone
One synchronized production system. The Lab Train (7) and survey drone (8) arrive first to map the ground and unlock national specifications. The Equipment Train (1–6) then stabilizes or recycles the road in a single pass, and every machine and test feeds one shared digital dashboard.
What changes on the ground
equipment purchases for governments, agencies and contractors
lower road cost with ISS, SFDR and polymer in-situ technology
faster delivery, shorter road closures
less quarry material hauled to site
Typical results for in-situ recycling and stabilization, as documented by the Portland Cement Association and Sabita guideline TG2. Actual savings depend on local soils and structural design.
From CAPEX to OPEX
Stop buying machines. Start delivering results.
Equipment-as-a-Service turns a heavy capital investment into an operating service. La Fédérale brings the whole production system to the site, and our partners focus on what they do best: winning projects and building.
The old way
- Buy or lease a fleet before the first kilometre
- Carry heavy equipment debt at high interest rates
- Second-hand machines, breakdowns, missing parts
- Samples sent to a distant lab, results days later
- Months of waiting for payment certificates
- Machines sit idle, or leave the country after the job
With La Fédérale
- A complete, brand-new Equipment Train, ready to work
- No equipment purchase, no equipment debt
- Maintenance, spare parts and technicians included
- An independent laboratory on site, testing every layer
- Digital proof of work, so engineers can certify in days
- Fleet, laboratory and crews stay in the country
Built for decision-makers
One platform, six partners.
La Fédérale serves every institution that has to prepare, finance, build or supply Africa's roads.
Up to twice as fast. Up to half the cost.
Save 25–50% on construction costs and build significantly more kilometres of national highways, feeder roads or polymer-stabilized earth roads within the same budget, executed by your own domestic contractors or state and district public works units.

The jobsite of the future, delivered today.
Every La Fédérale project runs on modern, connected machinery and on-site quality control.
Heavy-duty fleets, brand new
Reclaimer-stabilizers, graders, rollers, water and binder trucks, matched as one Equipment Train and sized to the job.
GPS-guided machines
3D machine control sets level and thickness to the centimetre, first time, with less rework and less material.
Telematics on every machine
Position, hours, fuel and health of each machine reported live, so maintenance happens before a breakdown.
A live digital dashboard
Kilometres built, layers tested, machine status and progress, visible to the client and the financier in real time.
A laboratory on site
Deployed ahead of construction for geotechnical road surveys, then stationed on site. An independent laboratory uses the Lab Train to design the mix from local soils and test every layer before acceptance, and to run structural and mine-site surveys.
Built for zero downtime
New machines, preventive maintenance, a strategic spares package on site, a 72–84 hour air-freight target for critical parts and trained technicians, so the train keeps moving.
Two kinds of roads, one service
New roads and reborn roads.
The same trains build new routes from local soil and bring failed asphalt roads back to life.
Greenfield: new roads from local soil
On new routes, the Equipment Train mixes lime, cement or polymer stabilizers into the native soil where it lies and compacts it into a strong, all-weather base. High-quality gravel, polymer-stabilized and earth roads, built from local materials with far less imported aggregate.
Brownfield: failed roads reborn
On damaged asphalt roads, the reclaimer pulverizes the old pavement and base, adds cement, emulsion or foamed bitumen, and lays a new structural base in a single pass. Up to 100% of the old road is reused on site.
Our ambition
At least two complete equipment sets in every African country.
The plan: 48 complete trains across 24 countries by 2031. Every country needs its own modern fleet: to build high-quality gravel and stabilized roads from local soils and materials, to cut imports of aggregates, bitumen and fuel, and to keep skills and jobs at home.
- Roads built from the ground beneath them, with local materials
- Fewer imports, less haulage, lower emissions
- Local crews trained on the latest machines
- Fleets that stay in the country and keep working

Ready to roll
National roads, rural feeder networks and major corridors are financed. Our fleets are ready.
Governments and development banks have published the roads and corridors Africa will build next. La Fédérale is ready to put Equipment Trains to work on them alongside local contractors and public works agencies.
RAAMP Scale-Up (RAAMP-SU)
A US$600 million programme financed by the World Bank (US$500 million) and the Federal Government of Nigeria (US$100 million) to upgrade rural access roads, an ideal fit for stabilizing earth and gravel feeder roads in place.
Abidjan–Lagos Corridor
A six-lane highway linking Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Togo, Benin and Nigeria, with its corridor authority now in place. A corridor of this scale can keep up to ten Equipment Trains working in parallel.
Douala–Bangui Economic Corridor
A US$1.12 billion World Bank programme approved in June 2026 to rebuild the route that carries over 80% of the Central African Republic's trade. Cameroon authorized its loan signing in October 2026.
Road Infrastructure Tax Credit Scheme
Under Nigeria's tax credit scheme, major companies such as the Dangote Group are financing federal roads, including routes towards Chad and Cameroon. Ready-funded roads that need fleets now.
Public programmes, listed for information. They are not La Fédérale contracts.
Beyond roads
One model for construction, mining and industry.
Wherever Africa needs strong ground and modern machines, Equipment-as-a-Service works the same way.
Roads & corridors
National highways, trade corridors, rural feeder roads, earth and gravel roads, urban streets.
Mines & quarries
Haul roads, stockpile pads and access roads that stand up to heavy trucks all year.
Industrial platforms
Plant sites, special economic zones, warehouses and logistics yards.
Ports & airstrips
Container yards, dry ports and airstrips built on strong, stabilized ground.
Flagship event · Abuja · 2027
African Infrastructure Leadership Summit
Ministers, road agencies, development banks, preparation and climate partners, manufacturers and contractors meet in Abuja to bring modern in-situ methods into national specifications, featuring live machine, polymer and laboratory demonstrations. Countries that commit to a bank-approved road project are offered a pre-financed geotechnical road survey.
